Skinny Sebastién

A member of the Constabulary and Patrol Troops stationed at the Port-Barracoon on Áurea Isle, Skinny Sebastién is a man defined by his disdain. Born in Aquitancia before his father remarried, he remains a bitter snob who views the food and wine of Carrouban as swill fit only for "dogs" (his preferred epithet for those he deems beneath him). Though he is frequently cruel to his half-brother, Portly Pedro, a genuine bond of affection remains buried beneath his haughty, Aquitancian exterior.

Skinny Sebastién’s belief in his own competence was recently shattered during a bloody prisoner escape from the barracoons. He was critically wounded when Bruno Culina (William Chapman) stabbed him in the neck; he would have surely perished if not for the timely First Aid provided by Golden Petal.
