Alley Rats

The Alley Rats are a criminal gang in Freeport that pursues bounties on wanted people (or any other short-term violent endeavour which could make money).

Methods

The gang uses deception to draw targets into confined streets, where attackers can emerge from neighbouring buildings while others fire from rooftops.

Their equipment includes cutlasses, pistols, and grenades. Their captain fights from elevated positions with several pistols available, allowing repeated shots without immediately reloading.

The gang includes children. Garnot acts as a lure, approaching potential victims with friendly conversation and an offer of food from his “brothers and sisters.”

Destruction of the gang

An attempted bounty ambush in Freeport ended with nearly all the participating Alley Rats killed. Their captain escaped across the rooftops, abandoning the defeated gang.

Garnot also survived the fighting, but suffered catastrophic injuries.
