Juarez

#npc
Juarez was a member of the Chained Hag under Belladonna Velenza. He managed crew affairs while the ship was in dock and described himself as one of Belladonna Velenza’s Chosen.

His body was heavily scarred, and he wore chains around his limbs. He was a skilled chain fighter, able to use feints and his weapon’s reach effectively.

Death in Freeport

Juarez was abducted after leaving The Crossed Keys and publicly interrogated about Belladonna Velenza’s expedition and the whereabouts of Bennett.

His captors and members of the surrounding crowd mutilated and killed him. His death became one of the grievances surrounding the subsequent conflict with Belladonna Velenza and the Chained Hag.
