Freeport Hangar Administrator
The administrator of Freeport’s Swooping Terror hangar is a thin, wiry man with a large curled moustache. He wears relatively expensive dinosaur-leather clothing decorated with feathers around the collar and wrists.
His personal name has not been established.
Approach to business
The administrator is pragmatic when dealing with powerful clients. Faced with the capture of a mount and rider by Belladonna Velenza, he negotiated a commercial arrangement rather than attempting to recover them by force. He presented Belladonna Velenza as a valued client and repeatedly acknowledged her prospects of becoming a Pirate Lord, hoping she would remember his cooperation.
Agreement with Belladonna
He formalised Fernando Gonzalez’s service to Belladonna Velenza through a retainer, with flight payments passing through the hangar.
He also warned that the Pirate Lords could requisition the mount in an emergency, asking Belladonna not to hold him personally responsible if they did.
