Áurea Isle Slave Processing Compound

The Áurea Isle Slave Processing Compound is a guarded facility used to receive and confine enslaved people arriving on Áurea Isle.

Confinement and security

Captives are fitted with riveted metal collars and restrained with chains around their hands and ankles. Chains inside the barracks are secured to wall fittings.

The compound has guarded walls, a large locked gate, and kennels containing Conquistan Mastiffs. Guards carry firearms and close-combat weapons.

Portly Pedro and Skinny Sebastién served as guards at the facility.

Medical and administrative access

Golden Petal, an enslaved medical assistant and cultural translator serving Doña Isabel del Oro, has access to the compound and its prisoners.

Escape of May Y120

On 02/05/Y120, a group of captives broke free, overpowered guards, obtained the gate keys, and released other prisoners.

The escape was followed by a lockdown of the port and scrutiny of departing vessels.
