Fast-Firing

Hard, requires Trained By A Master or Weapon Master, or Gunslinger.
Default: prerequisite skill-4; prerequisite skill-2 if you have Gunslinger. Prerequisite: Any shooting skill; cannot exceed prerequisite skill*.

This technique lets you buy off the -4 to skill for fast-firing a weapon with RoF 2. See Fast-Firing (Attack Option).
